This has been a frustrating ordeal. The clothing arrived dirty, with stains and holes from burns. I repeatedly requested a credit note, but my requests were either ignored or I was told it was only for an exchange. I sent pictures as proof of the poor quality of these so-called vintage clothes. This feels like a total scam! I strongly advise against using this service.
Steer clear of this service! I ordered two items that came in terrible condition (stains, marks, faded colors, heavily creased). I returned both items the next day, paid for tracked postage, and the company confirmed receipt. Yet, my refund was not processed. I had to chase them repeatedly, provide proof multiple times, and still received no response. Completely unacceptable customer service and a very stressful ordeal. I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered some posters three weeks ago. I contacted customer service after one week, and they told me to be patient. I reached out again the following week and was ignored. After three weeks, I requested a refund and have been ignored. I feel scammed. The order was £39, which isn't a lot, but it was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, and I don't earn much, so it's significant to me. This place needs to be shut down, as it seems to happen to everyone who orders. I hope others consider these reviews before ordering!
This company is an absolute disgrace. Not only did they send us the worst clothing I've ever seen, but they've also ignored all our attempts to reach out. I drove to the returns address today, and it was just an abandoned warehouse at the end of a road. Totally unacceptable behavior; they've robbed my mother-in-law of £100.
I have three outstanding orders with this shocking company. No help from the staff; they just prolong the email process, hoping I'll give up asking for a refund. Avoid at all costs. This is shocking and possibly illegal. I'm now contacting trading standards. Do not order from them; it's a con.
Terrible quality and service. The clothing is not of any quality whatsoever. The reviews are accurate; they are smelly, stained, and very worn. The company does not want to engage; I've tried to send pictures, but they have ignored me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I ordered my item on November 16th, and after hearing nothing about delivery, I emailed on December 1st, only to be told it was delivered to a different postcode. After correcting them, they backtracked and said it was on its way, calling the previous email a "mistake." Finally, on December 10th, a parcel arrived, but it was not what I ordered. I emailed them with all the details and photos, and they said they would look into it. I've tried to reach them since, with no luck, so I've started a chargeback.
I am extremely disappointed with the mystery box I received today! It contained tatty, ragged, ripped, stained, and worn-out items—far from 'vintage.' I foolishly didn't check reviews before buying, as it appeared on my social media feed, and their website showcased quality vintage items. Their Instagram videos highlight real vintage items, but what I received looks like trash! Do not waste your money!
