The customer service is completely unacceptable. I've been trying to reach this business for weeks through every method: multiple emails, their online inquiry form, social media, and more, yet I've received no response. I understand it can be busy during the holidays, but that doesn't justify ignoring customers entirely. I was simply trying to arrange an exchange for an unopened item or at least get information about a return or refund. The complete lack of communication is extremely frustrating. If there are issues with your order, do not expect any support. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this seller.
