Completely inadequate customer support. I've been trying to contact this service for weeks through every channel: multiple emails, their online inquiry form, social media, and more, and I still haven't received a reply. I understand the holiday season can be busy, but that doesn’t excuse ignoring customers. All I wanted was to arrange a simple exchange for an unopened item or at least get clarity on a return or refund. The total lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. If there are issues with your order, don’t expect any help. Based on this experience, I would not recommend making a purchase from this seller.
