I ordered a product for 45€ in November 2025, as of march 1st 2026 the product as not been delivered and despite my numerous attempts to contact their support I have not received any information for possible delivery nor refund.
I ordered a case and still haven't received anything. There's no product, no real tracking, and no updates—just endless messages saying 'it's on the way.' I tried to be patient and contacted for support, but it was futile. It's clear they took my money and disappeared. If you want to waste your money, feel free to order. Otherwise, stay away. There are many reputable stores out there—this isn't one of them. I'm sharing this to prevent others from being misled like I was.
