I purchased Sagrada Familia tour tickets/ Barcelona with this apparently reputable company.
When I found that the Pope was visiting and that would prohibit entry I was told:
1. The booking date cannot be changed.
2.There is no condition on which a refund will be issued.
My wife had booked with another company who contacted her and asked her to select another time.
