I strongly advise against using this service for booking Sagrada Familia. They are not the official booking site. Please make sure to book through the official site instead. I ended up paying around 100 euros more for the same tickets.
I was misled and charged more than twice the price for a tour that is available directly from the official website. I plan to share my experience about how you mislead customers with a website link that closely resembles the real one.
This service is a complete scam. A website that I (and my travel agent) believed was official turned out to be anything but after making a booking. It feels like absolute theft. We were charged over $60 per adult (which should have only been $25, sometimes even less in the afternoon) and $10 per child (which should have been free). We were promised free audio, but everyone needs their own device—which is impractical for children—and it's not the original audio; it's their modified version, which is hard to follow and has confusing download instructions (two conflicting apps). It's a total scam! I'm shocked that we paid more than double for the same experience. We didn't even need to buy tickets in advance. We arrived at 3:30 (the earliest we could manage), and my daughter needed to use the restroom. Since I use a wheelchair, we had to go to the accessible area at the bottom, and I mistakenly thought that going to the garden was just a detour, but it turned out to be an exit, so our visit ended abruptly. It was not the best experience... I had seen the name before, but I will never trust this service again.
DECEPTION! They misrepresent themselves as the Vatican Museums, but they are NOT. They charge €75 for a standard ticket, while the official price is €20 at the entrance or €25 online. This is three times the cost of an official Vatican Museum ticket! Block the payment and report to the appropriate authorities! THIEVES!
I bought tickets for a popular attraction after finding a website that seemed official through a search engine. After completing my purchase, I discovered I was charged significantly more than the official price — £337.80 instead of £71.60 for one adult and two children. The extra charges weren't clearly outlined, leading me to believe I was using a legitimate service. Upon reaching out to the attraction directly, they confirmed the tickets were valid but warned that many customers have faced similar issues with inflated prices through various sites, and they are working to address this problem. The seller denied my request for a partial refund, prompting me to initiate a chargeback with my bank to recover the excess amount. If you're planning to visit attractions in the UK, make sure to purchase from the official site rather than the first result that appears in searches. This experience has been costly for me, and I hope sharing it helps others avoid the same mistake.
Using the ‘contact us’ feature on WhatsApp was frustrating due to the poor customer support. I was receiving a mix of automated and human messages, which led to significant confusion. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Eventually, I called the help number and spoke with a representative who resolved my issue promptly. It would be better if a human could disable the AI during the chat.
