Twice Failed Delivery with No Compensation

I experienced two failed deliveries for the same purchase. I ordered a plastic storage bin, but the lid was cracked upon arrival. They sent a replacement, which was also damaged during delivery. After requesting a refund, they said it would take up to 5 days, which is frustratingly slow. They offered a small compensation after I asked, which felt inadequate given my past spending. I won't shop here again due to poor delivery and customer service.
