Quality is below par. Clothes, kitchenware, bedding electric. Nothing I have bought is worth the dollars I spend. I'm disappointed it is a New Zealand brand. When did NZ quality drop to non existent.
I bought two shower gloves, and they were quite expensive. When they arrived, I was let down. Had I seen them in a store, I wouldn't have made the purchase. The online platform is not one I will consider again for shopping. I strongly advise others to buy in-store instead of using this online marketplace.

The store in Albany is great—well-organized and pleasant to shop in. However, the Silverdale location is poorly laid out, and even the manager seemed unaware of stock levels. I wanted to buy more of my Albany purchases but won't return to Silverdale due to poor customer service.
