No option for zero stars unfortunately.Bought a bike carrier. Advertised specs said it was good for 70kg load. When the item arrived the instructions said only 30kg max load.I immediately contacted customer support.8 WEEKS, 5 phone calls and various emails with photos later I finally received a courier slip by email to return the item.I was unable to respond for 2 days following that email. I was then told my case was being closed due to a lack of action by me!!!I contacted customer support again to advise them of my situation and once I was able to prepare the item for pick up I let them know it is ready for collection, but have had no reply to date.This has not been resolved. The item is still sitting by my door and no refund in sight either.I guess the CGA protections mean little to The Warehouse. Buyer Beware.
