Purchased an item from The Warehouse online through marketplace seller BLUESHIFT. Delivery address was to a business which was confirmed on receipt after purchase was made. NZ Post could not deliver because business address was not included on label so it was sent back to BLUESHIFT DC. The Warehouse accepted responsibility for the stuff up and gave a $10 voucher to spend online but didn’t make a difference because I still had to pay for package to be redelivered by BLUESHIFT. No comms between these 2 businesses. Best to buy from someone more likely to get it right the first time.
