I had a very bad experience. I bought two watches and both were delivered with damaged straps. I emailed them requesting a strap replacement and asked what options were available, but unfortunately I never received a single reply. Completely unresponsive customer service. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Website says 2-6 day shipping. I ordered the watch on the 12th December & never got a tracking number until 29th December & this was from NZ Post!I emailed Watches men 3 times & messaged via what’s app & never got a reply. I was starting to think I’d been scanned.Watch did arrive & happy with it. Not happy with lack of communication 🙁
