My wife ordered 2 dresses on a Sunday and received one on Monday and the other on Tuesday! Both pink - a day dress and a gorgeous velvet one for special. She is 5ft 3in and 9st 7lb and chose size 14. A good fit!

The coat was too small, and I faced challenges returning it. I spoke with a representative who arranged for a collection, but I received no confirmation. An Evri driver delivered something unrelated, and there was no pick-up confirmation. I’m unsure if I’m waiting in vain and trying to call but facing long wait times.
I ordered boots in black but received brown ones. However, the customer service was quick and accommodating, making it easy for me to reorder the correct pair and return the wrong ones. Overall, a very positive experience 😊
