The service was extremely poor. The representative was dismissive, rude, and completely uninterested from the outset. Even after clearly stating our preferred date as May 2027, we received a quote for June without confirming if that suited us. When I asked about viewing the venue in April and its availability for 2028, the response was blunt and unprofessional, suggesting I see it first before they would help. I had to follow up repeatedly, and we didn't even get to the booking stage. Disorganized, dismissive, and a total mess.
