The service was utterly disappointing. The representative was dismissive, rude, and showed no interest from the beginning. Even after clearly stating our preferred date as May 2027, we were quoted June without any consideration for our needs. When I inquired about viewing the venue in April and its availability for 2028, I was met with a blunt response suggesting I see it first before they would assist, which was highly unprofessional. I had to follow up multiple times, and we never even reached the booking stage. Disorganized, dismissive, and an absolute mess.
Initially, I was just seeking a quote, but the representative has been patient, clear, and genuinely invested in my opinions, leading us to finalize our booking! When we couldn’t secure our desired venue dates, she offered supportive alternatives to make it work for us and outlined all our options. She's very responsive and always available for any questions. I'm looking forward to how the rest of the process unfolds!
The representative was absolutely fantastic in assisting us with our wedding planning. She possesses extensive knowledge, is very attentive, and clearly cares about ensuring couples receive exactly what they want. We knew we wanted a wedding with a sea view in Greece and had a few islands in mind; she quickly explained which islands offered the best value for packages, saving us thousands compared to our initial ideas. Additionally, she provided a detailed package proposal within days of our first call. This package was spot on and exactly what we envisioned. Overall, we would highly recommend!
