The service was utterly disappointing. The representative was dismissive, rude, and showed no interest from the beginning. Even after clearly stating our preferred date as May 2027, we were quoted June without any consideration for our needs. When I inquired about viewing the venue in April and its availability for 2028, I was met with a blunt response suggesting I see it first before they would assist, which was highly unprofessional. I had to follow up multiple times, and we never even reached the booking stage. Disorganized, dismissive, and an absolute mess.
