I recently ordered a sample from this shop. Shipment was quick, possible to track and the quality of flowers was impressive. However, for weeks I have tried to contact them via e-mail and phone call but they never respond. I am planning to start a business, and simply wished to ask further questions regarding certifications. I want to be sure that documents such as lab analysis are in fact shipped with the items since they were not included in the sample box I ordered. Unless customs kept those… It’s a shame a must say, since based on the quality of the flowers themselves, we would’ve been ready to order in bulk. However, they reluctance to answer e-mails and phone calls really turned me off from the idea. Le Grossiste CBD, if you are reading this, please answer your clients.
