At the beginning, I got decent help but then when I ran into a technical issue following their instructions, they did not respond to my last two emails. In my second to last emai, I was asking for another meeting. There was no response. I got nervous and tried to look up the issue on my own. Im last email I shared some possibilities I looked up as a solution. Again, no reply. As I was on a tight deadline, I found a tech person to help me. My problem with Wired Nomad is that my consultation and payment was for effectively nothing because I couldn’t continue with their proposed solution. It wasn't clear to me that we couldn't do more sessions.
