My gf and I have had a great experience this far working with the wired nomad. He is very knowledgeable about the whole process from the setup, to the different troubleshooting options when we run into confusion or troubles, and even has answers to all the “what if X happens” nervous questions that my gf is consistently spiraling about. We have been able to easily setup multiple meetings and he has been quite responsive to every email we send, even to letting us know when he will be on vacation or out of town to explain for potential unresponsiveness. We are also very grateful that he bears with us without any frustration at our lack of knowledge of this tech realm. We couldn’t recommend the wired nomad more!!

I received the one-hour Gold Tier service with Adam, who patiently and expertly walked me through a process that would have been very challenging on my own. He also advised me on how to maintain the security of the network and recommended some additional equipment. I salute him for his professionalism and wholeheartedly recommend his services.
