For a 4-month engagement, I would still have to pay the first $7,500, and while the second $7,500 is waived if results aren’t met, there’s no refund or full risk reversal. The phrase 'you don’t pay' implies that the entire investment is safe, but in reality, half of it is still owed regardless of the outcomes. I value transparency, especially with terms like 'ROI guarantee.' This experience was unsatisfactory, and I decided not to proceed because clarity and integrity are important to me. I hope they reconsider how this is communicated for future clients.
