My experience with Wojo Media and its owner was extremely unprofessional. I booked a sales call after receiving a Black Friday 50% off offer by email. During the call, the tone shifted quickly from sales to hostility. Jason started attacking me for asking about the 50% off when that’s what was listed in his email. I was also asked inappropriate personal questions, including how much money I make, and when I didn’t answer the way he expected, I was accused of lying and even asked if I was “high.” That was very insulting, especially because I have never engaged with anything like that in my life.
I did not consent to being recorded, yet parts of the call were later edited and posted publicly in a misleading way on his social media pages as a “joke”, which felt like a major violation of trust, which seemed like an attempt to further humiliate, harass and discredit. He even participated in the comments continuing the insults with his followers.
In my opinion, this is not how a business or leader should treat potential clients or any human being. The interaction felt aggressive, disrespectful, and far from professional sales conduct. I have also witnessed him attack others who disagrees with him in the social media comments and on other platforms. I would strongly recommend that others stay far away from this questionable company and find a reputable and legitimate marketing company to work it.
I had a deeply disappointing encounter with this service.
They promote an ROI guarantee that claims,
“Get your ROI or you don’t pay.” Naturally, I took this to mean that if the service failed to produce a return exceeding my investment, I wouldn’t owe anything or would receive a refund for what they charged for their services. However, during the call, I discovered that this guarantee doesn’t mean what it seems. Instead, it states that for a 4-month commitment, to have them set up your webinar system and handle paid advertising: • I still pay the initial $7,500 • I won’t pay the second $7,500 if results aren’t met • There are no refunds • There is no complete risk reversal To me, this is very misleading.
The phrase “you don’t pay” strongly suggests that the entire investment is secure, when in fact half of the total fee is still due regardless of the results. I believe companies should be rewarded for their efforts, but I value transparency — particularly when using the term “ROI guarantee.” This experience left me dissatisfied, and I decided not to proceed because clarity and integrity are important to me. I hope they reconsider how this is communicated so that future clients can make informed choices without confusion.
I had a very disappointing experience with this service. They promote an ROI guarantee stating, 'Get your ROI or you don’t pay.' I assumed this meant that if the service didn’t generate more return than the investment, I wouldn’t owe anything or would be refunded. However, during our call, I discovered that this guarantee is misleading. For a 4-month engagement, I would still have to pay the first $7,500, and while the second $7,500 is waived if results aren’t met, there’s no refund or full risk reversal. The phrase 'you don’t pay' implies that the entire investment is safe, but in reality, half of it is still owed regardless of the outcomes. I value transparency, especially with terms like 'ROI guarantee.' This experience was unsatisfactory, and I decided not to proceed because clarity and integrity are important to me. I hope they reconsider how this is communicated for future clients.
I reached out for a consultation and requested verification of the results mentioned in their marketing emails. My request was simply to confirm public metrics or case studies. Instead, my appointment was canceled, and I was labeled as 'a headache' by the owner. This behavior raises significant concerns regarding professionalism and transparency. I'm considering filing a complaint once the government reopens.
⸻❌ Caution to other business owners: I paid $4,000 upfront with a promise to generate leads within 14 days. Instead, I waited 23 days with no results. Facebook and Instagram ads never launched, and I wasted $450 on ineffective keywords, losing thousands in potential revenue. To make matters worse, I was denied a refund and lost $2,000 despite their failure to deliver. This service is unprofessional, misleading, and overly focused on taking money. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them.
The seller claims to be a 'best seller,' yet the hard copy of the book never arrived. I searched online, and it appears the book doesn’t exist anywhere. They charged for 'shipping' for a book that was never printed in hard copy, only available as an ebook.
I am currently mentored by this individual. Not here to discuss mundane details: he’s a top figure in the online space, as evidenced by numerous reviews and testimonials from highly successful business leaders. Success often attracts criticism. I’ve seen comments claiming it doesn’t work, but I wish I could show how much I’ve invested. While I’ve had small wins, my major success is yet to come. Ultimately, success is up to me, and I’m committed to following guidance closely. Even if I don’t achieve significant financial gains from this mentorship, the experience of learning from a top expert is invaluable. I won’t settle until I succeed. Remember, both winners and losers are self-made.
