It's 8 PM on 10/27 and my Halloween order from July still hasn't arrived. I've asked multiple times for a refund, but they completely ignored me. After paying, I saw a message stating that shipping would be delayed until 10/15, yet here we are on 10/27 and my gift won't arrive until after Halloween, which defeats the purpose.
