Review Time
A friend bought this kit for me because I was eager to have the crochet hook. Unfortunately, the hook is too short for me to use effectively. Additionally, there are no patterns included in the kit. After spending a considerable amount, I'm required to create an account to access a pattern that isn't even downloadable. They don't need my personal information; the transaction should have ended at the checkout. I do NOT recommend this, and I won’t be buying again. I will inform my friends about this experience.
I am very let down after spending so much and receiving no written pattern. This approach doesn't effectively teach. Just like in music, learning to read notes is essential. A written pattern should accompany the video tutorials. Not everyone has access to a computer or the Internet for the pattern, which feels exclusionary. I reached out to customer service for a refund, but their response was generic and did not address my concerns or mention a refund. A major disappointment; I won't be buying again!
Complete Disappointment. I gave this a try. It was enjoyable initially, but then my "magic ring" or whatever it was broke. I attempted to fix it as well, but failed repeatedly, and even others could not assist me. With all due respect, if you're going to provide tutorials and claim they are simple, then they should actually be straightforward. I’m not saying this is how it will be for everyone, but ultimately, a review reflects your personal experience. Mine was terrible.
One star due to overwhelming email frequency! While I did learn how to crochet, the constant barrage of emails is excessive. The business's reputation has taken a hit because of this relentless communication. I would unsubscribe, but it's become almost amusing to see the 12 emails received on Black Friday! 12!!!!
If I could give zero stars, I definitely would! The number of emails I receive daily is overwhelming! Yes, they taught me how to crochet, but the constant emails have really hurt the company's image. I’d unsubscribe, but it’s become comical to count the 12 emails I received on Black Friday! 12!!!!
I really enjoy the product and the clear step-by-step instructions. However, the customer service is lacking. I've been trying to contact them for three days through email, text, and chat. If you decide to order, just hope you won't need any assistance.
It's 8 PM on 10/27 and my Halloween order from July still hasn't arrived. I've asked multiple times for a refund, but they completely ignored me. After paying, I saw a message stating that shipping would be delayed until 10/15, yet here we are on 10/27 and my gift won't arrive until after Halloween, which defeats the purpose. I plan to return the product and will never engage with them again.
I received an order confirmation but no tracking or shipping information, despite their website claiming I would receive an email with tracking details. I didn’t get any of that, and after two weeks, I had to navigate their chatbot to check on my order status, which eventually provided tracking information. The package was delivered to a safe location, so I had to search for it. Now that I have it, I’m happy, but since it’s a gift, I can’t comment on the product itself.
