DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WOOBLES! BUYER BEWARE!
I order five kits for my niece 3 weeks ago. The order arrived in about a week with TWO out of the FIVE kits. I checked to see if maybe my order was being sent as a split order, but nope...they'd just failed to complete an order. Pretty wild, too, considering the packaging has huge images of the characters. I sought help from customer service and at first they wanted photo proof. Weird thing to ask for when a photo doesn't really corroborate anything. They finally offerer a brief and simple apology and asked what I wanted to do: fulfill the order or get a refund. Although it was now past my nieces bday, I decided to have the order fulfilled. I asked for rush shipping: denied. At this point I've been going back and forth with who knows how many agents or potential chat bots. It rubbed me the wrong way that they would so spectacularly mess up an order and just be like, "Welp, sorry...what do you want us to do?" So I asked for a discount code for future purchases (when I was still open to doing business with them). They offered 10%. That may suit some, but any low level worker can offer a 10% discount. I took issue with their lack of accountability, and the next agent who took over acted as if they were starting from square one: asking what happened and for an order number. This is day five btw. At this point they say 10% is the max. So I'll be returning my order once it arrives in full and NEVER order from them again. Save your money, but most importantly your time!
