The pillow was just mediocre—nothing remarkable and certainly not worth the attention or cost. The comfort was only average, and it failed to deliver the support I expected. The main problem was the customer service, which was utterly terrible. I attempted to reach out to the company several times for a return and never got a reply. No follow-up, no help, nothing at all. While an average product might be tolerable, being completely ignored during the return process is unacceptable. I would not buy from this company again due to the lack of customer support.
