This was the second time ordering from this company, and it was a terrible experience. Here’s the deal, their website nowhere says that preorder items take longer, and unfortunately, they take your money, and cannot deliver on what they say is in stock. That is misleading, and borderline fraud. If you take someones money for the entire order, you better deliver the entire order, otherwise, its called stealing from where I come from. I ordered 3 wool all weather washable all in one blankets, and after 3 weeks, I finally inquired as to what was going on. I was told by Chloe, that they inly had one in stock. If I had said nothing, they were not going to say anything. I don't like businesses that aren't transparent. It should say on your site, out of stock. Why are you selling something that you cant deliver on? That is fraud! I say that I want the items shipped immediately. They ship one, and magically, another shows up a week later. I inquire about the 3rd one, and Anthea says I will have to wait another month, they don't have it. I say refund my money, what you have done is deceptive, its stealing and a lie. I don't want to do business with a company that misrepresents themselves, their stock quantities, and takes your money, and leaves you hanging. Its called deceptive and fraudulent business practices. Avoid.
The pillow was just mediocre—nothing remarkable and certainly not worth the attention or cost. The comfort was only average, and it failed to deliver the support I expected. The main problem was the customer service, which was utterly terrible. I attempted to reach out to the company several times for a return and never got a reply. No follow-up, no help, nothing at all. While an average product might be tolerable, being completely ignored during the return process is unacceptable. I would not buy from this company again due to the lack of customer support.
I have been thoroughly impressed with my Deluxe Wool Mattress Topper. In fact, I was so happy that I decided to purchase the Woolly Sprung Mattress Topper as well. I've combined both, placing the original topper over the new sprung one, and the result is an incredibly comfortable sleep experience! I’m thrilled with my purchases and would gladly recommend them.

I was truly impressed with both the quality and stylish design of the covers. They featured deep pockets (a term referring to the depth of the side pieces) and durable elastic. Unlike flimsy, inexpensive covers, these were plush and silky. We experience hot summers here, and the covers keep you cool at night. Yet in winter, they provide warmth. It's the magic of wool! I highly recommend them and believe they will last for many years.
The delivery was incredibly swift, and I appreciated the thoughtful 'thank you' email. I absolutely adore the duvet and pillows, along with the values associated with wool products.
The duvet is lightweight (medium weight) and free of any wool odor, and I've already suggested it to my friends.
