This was the second time ordering from this company, and it was a terrible experience. Here’s the deal, their website nowhere says that preorder items take longer, and unfortunately, they take your money, and cannot deliver on what they say is in stock. That is misleading, and borderline fraud. If you take someones money for the entire order, you better deliver the entire order, otherwise, its called stealing from where I come from. I ordered 3 wool all weather washable all in one blankets, and after 3 weeks, I finally inquired as to what was going on. I was told by Chloe, that they inly had one in stock. If I had said nothing, they were not going to say anything. I don't like businesses that aren't transparent. It should say on your site, out of stock. Why are you selling something that you cant deliver on? That is fraud! I say that I want the items shipped immediately. They ship one, and magically, another shows up a week later. I inquire about the 3rd one, and Anthea says I will have to wait another month, they don't have it. I say refund my money, what you have done is deceptive, its stealing and a lie. I don't want to do business with a company that misrepresents themselves, their stock quantities, and takes your money, and leaves you hanging. Its called deceptive and fraudulent business practices. Avoid.
