I ordered a duvet in January. It's now March and I still haven't received it and have just cancelled my order. They do respond to messages quickly, however do not offer anything more than empty apologies and vague potential dates the product MAY arrive in stock. I'm very disappointed with this company and wasting nearly 2 months of my time.
