I ordered an incorrect size sprung mattress topper. The returns policy and customer service are shocking. They supposedly booked a courier to pick up my return failed to arrive! It’s like they do not want their stock back! I did reorder a bigger size that also hasn’t arrived. Avoid, avoid avoid! I will be contacting trading standards in the UK.
