I am massive fan of Z hotels but put in a basement 200 metres from the actual hotel !!The noise from the main road and pedestrians was unbearable but too make matters worse the floorboards in room above were squeaking with every move and no noise insulation for the plumbing Sorry Z but got no ZZZZZZ sleep before an important meeting.If you are going to convert basements into rooms suggests your CEO stays there first to test it before clients use - may be they would be up for it as a challenge ?
