I have had an outstanding experience with the service so far. The shipping for my case was quite rapid. After installing the front piece on my device, I noticed some white specks near the speaker port. Being a bit particular, I reached out to their support team. They replied within about 4 hours and offered to send a replacement for the front piece the same day. The case itself is beautiful, feels like genuine woven carbon fiber, and fits the phone perfectly. I would give it 6 stars if possible. Thank you once again for the great service!
