I have had an exceptional experience with the service so far. The shipping for my case was quite prompt. After installing the front piece on my device, I noticed some white specks near the top speaker port. Being a bit particular, I decided to contact their customer support. They responded in about 4 hours and offered to send a replacement for the front piece the same day. As for the case itself, it is stunning. It feels like genuine woven carbon fiber and fits the phone perfectly. I would give it 6 stars if possible. Thank you once again for the excellent service!

Avoid this provider! I had the same experience as many others. I placed my order on October 11, and two months later, it's still marked as 'under process.' They do not respond to emails or chat, showing zero customer service. This company is not trustworthy. Don't waste your money and time here!
The case I received in August was defective, and I notified the service immediately. It took from August 15 until November 26 to get a replacement. They refused to issue a refund despite multiple requests. I had to initiate a mail search because the package was mislabelled, resulting in a month of delays. This level of incompetence is unacceptable!
The customer service is the worst. I ordered a case over a month ago, and inquiries are met with generic responses stating they will follow up with the shipper. After requesting a refund, the company stopped all communication. I advise staying away from this provider as they seem to be a scam. I wish I could rate them lower!
I ordered a case for my device and paid for expedited delivery. Living just two hours from the warehouse, I expected a timely arrival. Unfortunately, I received a different case from another seller before the one from the service. I contacted them to cancel the order, but they stated it was already in shipment and refused to refund until they received it back. After waiting over a month, I got an update saying it had shipped and was delivered while I was out of town. I won't return the case through mail, fearing they might claim they never received it. I plan to drive it back to the warehouse. I will never buy from them again. TL;DR - It took five weeks to send a case two hours away, while they provided misleading information to avoid refunds. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Terrible service! I’ve been waiting for a phone case for 1.5 months now. The delivery service hasn’t delivered it and has gone on holiday. The hotline is unhelpful and keeps pushing back to the sender. Now they are asking for money. This is unacceptable!
