I placed an order for a customized picture frame online. At checkout, they automatically added a $2.99 picture and a $7.99 ornament. After unselecting these items, I was still charged for them upon delivery! This feels like a scam and should be illegal! Why are companies allowed to add items without consent? When I emailed to complain, they said I confirmed my order, leaving me with no resolution. I will never shop with this company or any that do this!
