I ordered a customized picture frame online. During checkout, they automatically included a $2.99 picture and a $7.99 ornament. After deselecting them, they still arrived on my order, and I was charged! This feels like a scam and should be illegal. It's unacceptable to charge for items I didn't agree to purchase. When I contacted the support team, they said I confirmed my order, leaving me disappointed. I won't shop with this company or any that use such practices!
