My experience with the Level 3 Diploma in Digital Marketing, funded by the government, has been quite disappointing. I began the course at the end of September, and it has been chaotic from the outset. Both instructors left without any notice, and there was no explanation provided. Since then, lessons have frequently been cancelled due to tutors being 'ill,' resulting in a lack of consistency in the course. My assignment from October remains unmarked, indicating that the administration and assessment processes are not functioning properly. Additionally, the course units have been reorganized with new names, making it confusing to determine which ones I still need to complete. Whenever I seek assistance or clarity regarding the units I should focus on, I receive no responses. It feels like there is a lack of support and communication from those managing the course. Moreover, some lessons are unavailable, forcing me to rely on recordings that are two to three years old, which is quite a lot for this subject area. The tutor responsible for the recordings is excellent, though; I feel I know him better than the live instructors! Currently, I cannot recommend this program. Even if past reviews were positive, they do not reflect the current experience we are facing. I would suggest others refrain from enrolling until they resolve their administrative problems, address the tutor situation, and provide proper support for learners.
