Think Employment has been a great provider for my Teaching Support Level 3 course. The sessions are clear, supportive, and easy to follow, and the tutors make learning feel comfortable and encouraging. I’ve gained confidence, practical skills, and a much better understanding of how to support learners. I would happily recommend them to anyone wanting to grow in the education sector.
This was my second attempt at this course. My initial experience wasn't the best, but having a fantastic tutor this time made all the difference. She was always available to answer questions and provide reassurance. I can't believe I passed! Thank you for all your support. Also, a huge thank you to another team member for just being wonderful!
This government-funded Level 3 Diploma in Digital Marketing has been a huge letdown. I began at the end of September, and the entire experience has been disorganized from the start. Both instructors left without any communication, leaving us in the dark. Since then, classes are frequently cancelled due to tutors being 'ill,' leading to a lack of consistency in the course. My assignment from October remains unmarked, indicating serious issues with the admin and assessment processes. Additionally, the course units have been renamed, adding to the confusion about what is left for me to complete. Whenever I seek assistance or clarity on which units to focus on, I receive no response. It feels like there’s a complete lack of support and communication from the course administrators. Some lessons are unavailable, forcing us to rely on outdated recordings, which is quite frustrating in this field. The tutor behind the recordings is excellent, but I feel I know him better than the live instructors! Currently, I cannot recommend this program. Even if past reviews were positive, they do not reflect the current situation. I would suggest others steer clear until they resolve their administrative problems, improve the tutor situation, and provide proper support to learners.
I have just completed my Level 2 TA qualification, and it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The course was straightforward, practical, and well-organized, equipping me with the confidence and skills necessary to effectively support learning in the classroom.

This course is a total joke. There have been multiple tutors who came and went, with only one truly deserving of staying, as she was excellent. However, the rest have been ineffective. I began this course in September and should have finished by now, yet I am still waiting for lessons, as they are consistently cancelled due to the tutor's illness. When lessons do occur, they consist merely of a slide presentation read by the tutor, which is quite tedious. I was eager to learn new skills, but three months in, I am no better off than when I started. I have repeatedly reached out for help on various topics and have not received a single response. Assessment questions are provided throughout the course, and despite submitting many, not one has been marked. This leaves me uncertain if I am on the right track. The repeated excuses about a backlog are frustrating, and it seems I am not alone in not receiving feedback. Given that this is government-funded, it is crucial for them to be informed about the shortcomings of this course. Delivering only slide presentations for each lesson is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
I want to thank my coach for being an outstanding mentor. He has been consistent, reliable, and supportive, and I am grateful for the chance to engage with him and attend his sessions. I would also like to thank the instructors for their effective teaching.
