On another occasion, I encountered a disappointing apartment that felt worn and far from luxurious. It's unclear how it received a positive rating. Despite lengthy discussions, senior management has not accepted responsibility. Like many companies, there are shortcomings. I believe the service should quickly offer solutions or compensation when their accommodation vetting fails significantly.
