Our wonderful experience in Bundeena

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Bundeena, and the house we stayed in was truly delightful. Our stay was very comfortable, and the location couldn't be better. The beaches are stunning, and for those who enjoy walking, I highly suggest visiting Bundeena.

While experiences can be enjoyable, it's wise to be cautious. When the accommodation meets expectations, the service works well. However, when problems arise, my experience shows that the company does not provide adequate support. For example, an accommodation was misrepresented, having only three bedrooms instead of five. On another occasion, I encountered a disappointing apartment that felt worn and far from luxurious. It's unclear how it received a positive rating. Despite lengthy discussions, senior management has not accepted responsibility. Like many companies, there are shortcomings. I believe the service should quickly offer solutions or compensation when their accommodation vetting fails significantly.

Not the Right Fit for Us

We were members for a few years but found it restrictive since we are based in the UK. Many properties are in the USA, a location we prefer not to visit. We had two rentals of our property, and both guests were challenging, feeling entitled and not respecting our lovely home. I won't return! There are likely better options available.

Our stay was flawless. The host ensured every detail was addressed, providing information on activities, dining, shopping, and nearby beaches. The house was just as described and meticulously maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Located in a tranquil neighborhood, it was close to numerous shops, with Palm Beach less than thirty minutes away. I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a serene escape near the beach or an exciting vacation with plenty of dining, shopping, and sightseeing options.
