The trip was fantastic. Booking online was easy. Just be diligent on contacting your house. Let them know how many guest will actually be staying. Please don't lie. It only makes it worse for future giest.

The home met our expectations and more. It had a few restrictions about water and gas usage but we understood for we are home owners ourselves.
Only down fall was getting into property. GPS sends you to the rear entrance instead of front gate. Also it would be nice to let the guard shack to know who is visiting for the week. Location was perfect but noisy in morning due to construction but very quiet at night. It is a little drive to downtown Cabo and marina but it's worth it.
Julie was great as our liaison as well as Paul who were boots on the ground.
I would love to stay here again in the future.
Spring break and cruise ship population is no joke so plan your visits around them. Other than those issues I would highly recommend this property as an A+.
