In less than 24 hours, they slowed my internet to unusable speeds, claiming that mobile data “should not replace Wi-Fi” and that my usage was “excessive.” I used roughly 12 GB at most, simply watching Netflix on my phone and using the internet for normal personal needs.Customer service repeatedly insisted that their “unlimited” plan has conditions — conditions that are not shown on the main page and are instead buried in the fine print, with no clear explanation of what they consider high usage.Extremely disappointed. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
