Tried using them in UAE. Their esim providers are quite poor and barely provide a consistent connection. It is almost unusable especially if you are navigating and googling often. Their customer service just goes on in circles to turn on/off phone, airplane mode etc. but doesn't actually resolve anything. The main problem is they use cheap Chinese providers. I was struggling to even search on Google, forget about trying to purchase tickets online

I bought to eSim for Europe including…

I bought two eSim for Europe including Kosovo, because i was visiting in Kosovo.2 eSim, Each eSim was 49.99€ per line unlimited for 30days . For the first week worked ok and there was (no service) for my data plan. I could have bought the data plan separately for each country but that included in the same package plan.I contacted the number that was on the website, whatapp. They told me that Kosovo was not included they said i have to purchase a different plan i said why i all ready did my purchase why should i purchase an other one, so they did for me a 20GB plan for 30 day stay in Kosovo. That plan also after a week no service same issue. I contacted the same phone number on the website they told me to purchase another plan. Why should i pay for another plan when the data plan was purchased all ready.

Bought 3 e-sims

Bought 3 e-sims for me, my wife en my sister when going to Kosovo. After 2 days working perfectly. 3 esims went on E. After going somewhere with wifi and talking almost 27minutes with customer service on whatsapp (plane on-off, phone on off…) they said that they can’t fix and will give me my money back. I went to ipko and bought 3 cards. Now almost 3 weeks later. Still no money back and they keep saying that it will take 2-3 days. Never using this again!!

Misleading “Unlimited” Plan and Unclear Fair Usage Policy

I purchased a 3-day unlimited eSIM plan. After only 24 hours, my speed was throttled to around 1 Mbps, making the service barely usable.My total usage during that time was approximately 7.5 GB, which is not excessive by any reasonable standard. I did not torrent, download large files, or stream continuously in high resolution. Internet sharing was limited to one person only, during travel, and only in places where no Wi-Fi was available.Support responded with generic messages about “high consumption in a short period of time” and Fair Usage Policy, but they were unable to provide any clear or measurable thresholds (e.g. GB per day) that would justify the limitation. This makes the term “unlimited” highly misleading.Additionally, they claim that the eSIM is “not intended to replace Wi-Fi”, which makes little sense when Wi-Fi is simply not available — mobile data is then the only option.Overall, this feels like a marketing tactic where “unlimited” actually means unknown limits with sudden throttling, without transparency or prior warning. I would not recommend this service to travelers who need reliable internet access.

Fraudulent service.

Fraudulent service.I paid for an unlimited internet package for three days while travelling. In less than 24 hours, they slowed my internet to unusable speeds, claiming that mobile data “should not replace Wi-Fi” and that my usage was “excessive.” I used roughly 12 GB at most, simply watching Netflix on my phone and using the internet for normal personal needs.Customer service repeatedly insisted that their “unlimited” plan has conditions — conditions that are not shown on the main page and are instead buried in the fine print, with no clear explanation of what they consider high usage.Extremely disappointed. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Tek telefonda, hotspot sadece kendi aletime paylaştım.Destekten, satın alma öncesinde açıkça belirtilmiş FUP eşiğini ve kısıt sonrası hızı göstermelerini istedim; net sayı veremediler, genel site metnine yönlendirdiler. WhatsApp’ta üslup hakaret içeriyordu (“abuser”, “no refund for people like you”), 50 €’ya ihtiyacım varmış gibi ima edildi ve gerçek ad paylaşılmadı. The promised unlimited service was not delivered.I requested immediate removal of the throttle or a full refund; this was refused. If “unlimited” effectively means ~30 GB with an undisclosed slowdown, this is misleading.I have screenshots of all whatsapp conversation.

Excellent Customer Service

Bought an eSIM for Canada for 30 days and the eSIM "burnt out" however after talking to the customer support team via WhatsApp, they sent me another eSIM that worked and all within the 10 minutes I stopped for lunch
