Tek telefonda, hotspot sadece kendi aletime paylaştım.Destekten, satın alma öncesinde açıkça belirtilmiş FUP eşiğini ve kısıt sonrası hızı göstermelerini istedim; net sayı veremediler, genel site metnine yönlendirdiler. WhatsApp’ta üslup hakaret içeriyordu (“abuser”, “no refund for people like you”), 50 €’ya ihtiyacım varmış gibi ima edildi ve gerçek ad paylaşılmadı. My panel shows 31,260 MB / ∞ MB — ACTIVE (ICCID …04513); after ~30–31 GB the speed was reduced to an unusable level. I used a single phone and did not share the hotspot with anyone else.I asked support to show the clearly stated pre-purchase FUP threshold and the post-throttle speed; they couldn’t provide exact numbers and directed me to generic website text. On WhatsApp the tone was insulting (“abuser”, “no refund for people like you”), it was implied as if I needed €50, and no real name was shared. The promised unlimited service was not delivered.I requested immediate removal of the throttle or a full refund; this was refused. If “unlimited” effectively means ~30 GB with an undisclosed slowdown, this is misleading.I have screenshots of all whatsapp conversation.
