Awful. Took 3 weeks longer to arrive than their estimate, with very poor communication along the way (they only updated me after lots of prodding!). When it eventually came I was disappointed with the Maddie dress I'd ordered - the material felt cheap, it hung badly and looked really frumpy. I sent back at my own expense, they acknowledged receipt, and after 14 days I still haven't received the refund (I followed their packaging instructions to the letter). They don't like doing returns (obviously an inconvenience to them) and encourage people to swap/sell on their Facebook page. But this process is entirely unmonitored and unsecure. You only need to check out the volume of This Is Unfolded items on Vinted to see how people are trying, in vain, to pass on their unwanted items more safely. If you have money to burn then you might like this company. Otherwise, don't bother!
