I ordered and paid for a dress not realising these are Indian imports. I placed the order on 8 January. Today is 23 February, no dress and empty promises that my order was complete just waiting despatch from India. Today I cancelled the order and was refunded. Extremely poor service and far too long to wait. Don't buy from this company. You will regret it.
Completely disappointing - how can this be a legitimate business? I placed an order for a dress over four weeks ago. And?………absolutely nothing. No information, no updates, and certainly no dress. It has been a total waste of time and money, and I wish I could cancel and receive a refund. AVOID THE MISLEADING CLAIMS ON SOCIAL MEDIA. They do have a range of automated responses that are both condescending and frustrating.

I am now a former customer who had a negative experience and will not recommend this service to others.

I purchased a stunning black dress featuring beautiful embroidery on the sleeves and neckline. I wore it to church on Christmas Day and received numerous compliments. The fit and length are just right, and the colors of the embroidery are truly lovely.
The cut, fit, and fabric of the Maddie dress are exquisite and very flattering. I wore it for the first time on Christmas Eve and received many compliments from friends and family, even my husband and grown children said I looked great. I loved it so much when I tried it on that I immediately ordered more! I fully support the ethos of this company and don’t mind waiting a bit longer for delivery as timelines are communicated clearly.
I am truly amazed by the quality of this dress. For the first time, I have found a dress that fits me perfectly and looks fantastic. I was a bit worried about being let down again, but I am delighted and am considering getting another in a different color. Definitely a 5-star experience!
I ordered a dress on 4/11, expecting delivery in 6 weeks for Christmas. Just before the expected date, I was informed it wouldn't be ready, but I contacted support to explain my special circumstances. I was assured my request would be escalated, and thankfully, I received the dress today, just in time for Christmas. This is a perfect example of excellent customer service and genuine kindness.
