Next time, I plan to choose a local company that also emphasizes recycled materials and provides clearer timelines. I wonder, if customer care is a priority, why are all responses to reviews so repetitive? It's frustrating. In response to my feedback, the team mentioned their small size and the use of automated replies during busy times, which feels impersonal. It would have been more considerate to sign a name when addressing an unhappy customer. Although they claim to be attentive, my experience suggests otherwise, and I still have not received my refund for the second delivery, which has now been two weeks. Their reply to my review indicated they didn’t fully understand my concerns, and it felt insincere. I am now a former customer who had a negative experience and will not recommend this service to others.
