We relocated from one city to another at a great price, which was the only positive aspect of our experience. The pickup took nearly two hours, which was frustrating but tolerable. Everything seemed fine until another driver collided with our vehicle, causing minor damage that was not our fault. Upon returning the vehicle, the company charged us the full excess immediately and made it clear they would not assist us. There was no support or guidance, leaving us to handle everything ourselves. We now have to pursue the other driver’s insurance, file police reports, and contact insurers on our own to recover our money. The company provides zero assistance, even when it’s clear you’re not at fault. This completely overshadowed what could have been a wonderful trip. If you plan to relocate with them, be warned: you will always pay the excess, and if anything happens—regardless of fault—you are on your own. Extremely poor customer service and a very stressful experience. I cannot recommend this company or their relocations in any situation.
