We relocated from one city to another at a great price, but that was the only highlight of our experience. The pickup took nearly two hours, which was frustrating but tolerable. Everything seemed fine until another driver collided with our vehicle, causing minor damage, which was not our fault. Upon returning the vehicle, we were immediately charged the full excess, with the company making it clear that they would not provide any assistance. There was no support, no guidance, and certainly no customer service. We were essentially told to pay up and handle it ourselves. Now we are left to pursue the other driver’s insurance, file police reports, and contact insurers all on our own, hoping to recover our money. The company offers no help, even when the situation is clearly not our fault. This experience overshadowed what should have been a wonderful trip. If you consider a relocation with this service, be warned: you will always pay the excess, and if anything goes wrong—regardless of fault—you are on your own. Terrible customer service and a very stressful ordeal. I cannot recommend this service or their relocations under any circumstances.

We waited three hours to pick up our van today. Others arrived and were served before us. Additionally, we received a different van than the one we originally booked. They seemed indifferent to our long wait, which disrupted our plans after a long journey.

Staff eventually informed us of an 'administrative issue' on their end, stating they could not find our payment, even though everything was confirmed. We were left waiting with a tired child and a partner needing medical care, without any empathy or proactive assistance. We lost half a day of our trip due to the company’s mistake. Very disappointing experience.
The courtesy bus never returned to pick us up from the airport. I called the company multiple times, and on the third call, I was told to take a taxi or find a motel and return in the morning. The staff were friendly after we paid the $50 taxi fare to reach the company. Upon arrival, the courtesy bus driver claimed he had been back twice and we must have been in the wrong spot, but we were in the correct location. We faced numerous issues with our motorhome during our three-week rental, including leaking skylights and a faulty battery. We had to fix several problems ourselves to avoid delays. We requested a satellite TV due to New Zealand's rainy weather but only received a TV that could only play DVDs or USBs. The freezer door fell off as well. I asked for compensation upon returning the van but have heard nothing since. We paid a lot for this motorhome and ended up having a nightmare holiday. I will never rent a motorhome again.
I booked a campervan, but the confirmation email stated a different pickup location than originally listed. This caused a lot of inconvenience, as the two places are quite far apart. Clear and accurate information about pickup locations should be provided before payment, not afterward. Very disappointing experience.

They deducted half of our bond and have not refunded the remaining amount, despite multiple attempts to contact them. They showed no accountability or concern.
