Staff eventually informed us of an 'administrative issue' on their end, stating they could not find our payment, even though everything was confirmed. We were left waiting with a tired child and a partner needing medical care, without any empathy or proactive assistance. We lost half a day of our trip due to the company’s mistake. Very disappointing experience.
