I would rate with ZERO stars if that were possible.I paid full price for a new Thomas Earnshaw watch. The watch I received did not work. I contacted Thomas Earnshaw customer support and sent them a video showing how it DOES NOT WORK. Thomas Earnshaw responded informing me I was not operating the watch correctly which is why it won’t work for me. I’m a watch collector. As such, I know how to operate watches.Selling a watch that does not work is evidence of very poor quality assurance... on the heels of absurd customer support exemplifies how very bad business process may be systemic at Thomas Earnshaw. If you purchase a new watch from Thomas Earnshaw, they may send you a watch that does not work. That said, if you want a watch that works, do not buy from Thomas Earnshaw.
