Received the "Arabic style" large wall clock today in secure packaging. After opening it was very evident that the quality of the product wasn't what you would expect from a brand sold in larger UK stores. The hands cross over not allowing the minute hand to move independently hence the clock doesn't work properly. The hands are too flimsey to perform their design intent. Overall - very poor product quality.Now sending back which isn’t a straight forward process either.
