Purchased the CLOCKSMITH NO.1 OVERSIZED WALL CLOCK IN BLACK £195. Was imperfect on delivery and Thomas Kent very speedily sent another. Replacement had the central stud on the hands wandering around inside the case. Really poor quality. Will never buy Thomas Kent again. Once upon a time they were a good quality product. NOT the case now!!

Great company and great clocks. I ordered a clock it came quickly and was beautiful . Unfortunately it did not work with my colour scheme and so I asked to return it. This was accepted and dealt with quickly and simply.Great company to deal with and I will definitely purchase again.
My clock arrived with one bent hand -could have lived with it at a push but only offered me a 15% discount so sending back -unable to just send it back myself so will have to stay in to have it collected as that’s the only way to return it -must be terribly inconvenient for those working mon-Fri -9-5
I've had two Thomas Kent clocks. The original was purchased in 2020 and was a nice solid feeling ceramic material.The new clock from 2025 looks the same on the outaide but is made out of a light weight plastic that feels cheap.Wouldn't buy another one as it doesn't feel like it has the same quality as the previous one.
Junk avoid. Replaced a near 14 year old alarm clock from Argos. Has stopped working despite changing batteries twice cheap junk from China disguised as a premium clock at a premium price. Do not buy Only purchased 7 months ago have emailled to ask for a refund. Not as described.
Received the "Arabic style" large wall clock today in secure packaging. After opening it was very evident that the quality of the product wasn't what you would expect from a brand sold in larger UK stores. The hands cross over not allowing the minute hand to move independently hence the clock doesn't work properly. The hands are too flimsey to perform their design intent. Overall - very poor product quality.Now sending back which isn’t a straight forward process either.
